Dancing Bolts is a condition associated with some Druid gear which emits bolts that seek out targets inflicting Lightning Damage. There are no skills on their own that create this condition.

Electrocution Rare: Druid Bonus: For every 5 Willpower purchased within range, your Lightning Bolts and Dancing Bolts deal + 13.3% (lvl 1) - 40% (lvl 21) increased damage.

Additional Bonus: Enemies damaged by your Lightning Bolts or Dancing Bolts take x 20% increased damage from you for 5 seconds. Requirements: 40 Willpower (in radius range)
