The 3rd time an enemy is hit by a single cast of Charged Bolts, that bolt surges upon impact, dealing 79% in an area.

Lightning surge now also hits the original target as well as surrounding enemies.

Patch 1.5.0, August 6, 2024

Explosion damage increased from 45% to 79% increased.

Patch 1.4.1, May 28, 2024

The surge damage from Enhanced Charged bolts has been increased from 30% to 45%.

Patch 1.1.0a, July 18, 2023

Damage increased from 24% to 30%, and now benefits from Skill Ranks.
