Enhanced Ball Lightning is an upgrade to Ball Lightning, a Sorcerer skill from the Mastery Skill Tree.

Your Attack Speed is increased 5% for 3 seconds each time you cast Ball Lightning, up to 20%.

Enhanced Ball Lightning changed to have its attack rate increase with attack speed, up to 25%.
