Unstable Currents is a Sorcerer skill from the Ultimate skill tree. Its features are:

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.
 Unstable CurrentsLightning surges within you for 10 seconds. Whenever you cast a Shock Skill, a random Core, Conjuration, or Mastery Shock Skill is also cast. Cooldown: 70 seconds. Damage: Lightning Tags: Ultimate, Shock |

Prime Unstable CurrentsUnstable Currents increases your Attack Speed by +25% while active. |
Supreme Unstable CurrentsWhile Unstable Currents is active, you pulse Crackling Energy for free at a 25% faster rate. |
* Crackling Energy periodically damages surrounding enemies when picked up.
Tips for using Unstable Currents
Unstable Currents does not generate Crackling Energy. You need skills like Flickering Spark, Destructive Chain Lightning or Wizard's Ball Lightning or putting Spark into your Enchantment Slot to generate the Crackling Energy and Supreme Unstable Currents will affect that.
