Static Surge Node

Static Surge Node is a node found on the Diablo 4 Paragon Boards. Requirements such as Dexterity etc scale depending on how far the board is from your starting board. The requirement will be a lot less if it's the first board attached than if it's the 4th board attached.

Hitting enemies at least 8 times in a second with Shock Skills grants 30 Mana Regeneration and increases your damage by 50%[x] for 2 seconds.

Previous: Stunning Close enemies restores 10 mana.
New: After spending 100 Mana, your next cast of Chain Lightning or Charged Bolts makes enemies Vulnerable for 2 seconds and grants you 10% of your maximum Mana. This Mana cost requirement is reduced by Mana Cost Reduction bonuses.
