Raids will be a new type of large-scale Co-op PvE dungeon that will launch with Vessel of Hatred which is due to be released on 6 October 2024.

Dark Citadel
The Dark Citadel is thought to be the first PvE co-op Raid experience coming to the game.
With the addition of raid-like gameplay, Blizzard will also need to add a proper group-finding system which is not currently in the game but is likely to launch in the Vessel of Hatred.
