Ball Lightning Discharge a ball of lightning that slowly moves forward, continually zapping enemies for 18% damage. Mana Cost: 50 Enchantment Slot Effect Lucky Hit: Critical Strikes have up to a 25% chance to spawn a static Ball Lightning. Damage: Lightning Lucky Hit Chance: 5% Tags: Mastery, Shock

Enhanced Ball Lightning Your Attack Speed is increased 5% for 3 seconds each time you cast Ball Lightning, up to 20%.	Mage's Ball Lightning Ball Lightning deals 30% increased damage against Stunned (CC) enemies.
	Wizard's Ball Lightning Casting Ball Lightning forms 2 Crackling Energies.
