Prime Soulrift

Prime Soulrift is an upgrade to Soulrift, a Necromancer skill from the Ultimate Skill Tree.

Prime Soulrift Soulrift extracts twice the souls from enem9ies and applies Vulnerable to them for 3 seconds. After it ends, all surrounding enemies are Feared (CC) and Slowed (CC) by 85% for 5 seconds.
