To Sanctify you'll need to spend Heavenly Sigils, which you can earn by defeating Bartok, Astaroth or the Exalted Lair Boss [[Belial]]. There is a small chance of drops from Belial Ambush, Pit Belial, Elites and Nightmare bosses on Torment [[difficulty]] and above.
