Runes allow you to slot two runes into certain items to create a Runeword that triggers effects including class skills

Runes can be traded.
Runes are stackable in the socketable inventory tab.
A maximum of 2 Runewords can be equipped at once.
The same Rune cannot be equipped twice.
Runes can be used in crafting.

Wat Rune

Type: Rare
Requires: 100 Offering
Invocation Rune: Invoke the Necromancer's Horrid Decrepify, Slowing (CC) enemies, reducing their damage, and letting you Execute them.
Cooldown: 1 second.
