Vortex is a Spiritborn skill from the Focus skill tree. Its features are:

Vortex Details and Upgrades

Vortex

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Lucky Hit Chance: 20%
Create a cyclone that Pulls (CC) enemies inward followed by a crushing downdraft that deals 35% damage to them.

Damage: Lightning Damage
Tags: Focus, Eagle

Upgrades

Enhanced Vortex

Casting Vortex increases the damage of the next Skill cast by 20%[x] .

Measured Vortex

While you have an active Barrier , your Vortex does x 300% additional damage and Knocks enemies down for 3 seconds.

Replenishing Vortex

Critical Strikes with Vortex reduce its Cooldown by 1 second.
