Combat Flay is an upgrade to Flay, a Barbarian skill from the Basic Skill Tree. For full information on this skill visit the Flay page.

When Flay deals direct damage to an enemy, you gain 3% Damage Reduction and 166 Thorns for 3 seconds. This stacks up to 4 times.
