Throughout Sanctuary, players will discover Altars of Lilith.

Altars of Lilith can permanently increase a specific character stat. These are great way to improve your character if you can find them. They can be well hidden and require some exploration.

Altar of Lilith Rewards

Each altar can provide one of the following.

  • +2 Dexterity
  • +2 Strength
  • +2 Willpower
  • +2 Intelligence
  • +8 Life

Each altar is not randomised. Each will give one of the above.

Other Rewards

As well as providing one of the above stat boosts, finding an altar will also boost your Renown by 5 points.

Map Marking

Only discovered Altars of Lilith will display on your map. Locations are not shared across characters on your map.

Hardcore and Softcore

Locations are the same for both hardcore and softcore players. They are however treated differently and characters in each mode should collect the Altars.

Multiple Collections

Because Renown points are shared across all characters in the same mode (hardcore or softcore), picking up the same Altar with a different character will provide no additional benefit.
