Chaos - From Fal + Ohm + Um in Claws only. Possible in 1.11 and 1.10.

Note that non-assassins will always see Claw-class weapons as having 'Very slow attack speed'. The above screenshot is NOT glitched in any way.

--Is this just a visual typo or are these Scissors actually this slow when you use them?
-(For reference Elite Scissors have base speed of -20 (Very Fast Attack Speed) so 35% faster should put them at -27.3)
