Twisting Blades Impale an enemy with your blades, dealing 57% damage and making them take x8% increased damage while impaled. After 1.5 seconds the blades return to you, piercing enemies for 74% damage Requires Dual Wielded weapons Energy Cost: 30 Damage: Physical Tags: Core, Melee

Twisting Blade works in tandem with the Rogue Specialization Combo Points. When used together the Combo Points will add the following bonuses to Twisting Blades.
