Runes allow you to slot two runes into certain items to create a Runeword that triggers effects including class skills

Runes can be traded.
Runes are stackable in the socketable inventory tab.
A maximum of 2 Runewords can be equipped at once.
The same Rune cannot be equipped twice.
Runes can be used in crafting.

Ner Rune

Type: Rare
Requires: 600 Offering (Overflow: Increased Duration)
Invocation Rune: Invoke the Rogue's Countering Concealment for 5 seconds, gaining Dodge Chance, Movement Speed, Unstoppable, and Stealth.
Cooldown: 6 seconds.
