Clans

From Diablo 4 Wiki

Clans encourage groups of players to play together and communicate with each other. Diablo 4 has a clan system to enable this.

Starting a Clan

A clan can be started by any player and once set up, it's bound to that player's account.

A clan can be started by clicking the Social options where you can either start the clan or join an already existing clan.

When a player starts a Clan they become the Clan leader and have control over everything to do with the clan in the game. This includes the Clan name, banner design and description.

Once the Clan is active, the Leader can then set to designing the banner.

There are colour options for just about ever aspect of the banner creation. This includes the symbols, background, and trim. There's plenty to choose from to make any Clan banner feel unique.

Ranks

Every clan consists of different ranks which are as follows:

  • Leader (Person who founded the Clan)
  • Officer (Person trusted to help administer the Clan)
  • Member
  • Recruit (New member)

The top two ranks are the most important, they control what happens in the clan and on the in-game clan pages. This includes member bans, voice chat permissions, and muting.

Setting Clan Rank Permissions

Depending on how the permissions have been set, the Leader or Officers can promote or remote other members of the clan.

Benefits of joining a Clan

There are a few benefits to joining a clan.

  • Play with like-minded gamers
  • Easily send a message to clan members asking for help in-game
  • Organised events for the clan
  • Work as a team during Seasons.

These are just a few but it's a great way to make friends who share the same passion for Diablo 4.
