2x topaz and take some tornadoes for a spin

163 FCR should come out on top now, had to stay at the 99 breakpoint because tornado damage went down too much when I pushed it before.

@Albatross Gogo 2 Fire facets and 163 FCR Cow Fissure Druid with that circlet! Even has strength to help with Monarch, really nice one.

I respeced him from fire recently, couldn't stand the casting delays.

Wouldn't 163 be wasted on a build with no spamable skills? I guess he'd at least TP fast.

Yeah that fast teleport is still worth it, at least for cow running. I tested it during RFL this year, and it's at the very least on par with the 99 FCR Ravenlore + Phoenix setup. Teleport is a spammable skill after all. Also 6-facet sword and things like that can be used on 99 FCR with such a circlet, so even for 99 FCR there are certainly gearing approaches where it outperforms Ravenlore.
