4.5 years later I have something to add! I only needed a SUR to help get the BER, to think this is something I've been dreaming of for basically 18 years .. I did some LK runs to inspire some people coming back for D2R that it is possible to get some nice runes in SP to make some things.

HR Drops have been a little dry lately, so I gave in to superstition and use up my HRs (Gul & above) on ~7 niche runewords. Now hoping RNG would replenish those that were spent.
