Decided to skip Normal Cows + Baal with my UT 99er and pushed through to the NM Countess. She delivered.

On the way to her I found a 4os Bill and a 4os Sup Crystal Sword as well as a Lum off a Ghost. This means no normal cows for me, a success!

This was a suprising find. I have been doing CS Runs on Zealdin. I just got him from 90 to 91. I had been mixing in some other stuff, but I started to focus on just CS and a few runs in got rewarded right outside the WP. Good timing too, as I made an Enigma, HotO and CtA over the last couple of weeks and was down to only a couple of Vex and a bunch of Mal Runes. I am now most likely saving for an Infinity, depending on what drops from here on out.

I have been toying with the idea of making a kicksin, and I just found these.

The 2/20 part is nice, but I'm not sure how useful the other mods are. I would have liked some type of leech to be included, but these will do for now.
 
I picked this up with the hopes of it being a BO Helm. I don't normally grab Magic Barbarian Helms, but I did on this one while I was waiting for Diablo to spawn. Not bad, with the BO was +3 though.

Really strong cham-ist option. +6 find item is pretty wild. Taking some away from berserk damage, but still. Depending on your other gear, shako still beats it.

Damn! You're absolutely right, and I certainly meant to acknowledge his contribution...its in the draft of the OP on my computer, but I guess I inadvertently deleted it while copy/pasting or inserting images or something...

There is literally NO way I could have crafted those mauls without the knowledge @Fruit gave us about getting higher ilvls on 1.07 crafts...even with a lvl99 crafter, you could never have gotten Master's, Grandmaster's, Priest's, or of Atlas affixes on an Ogre Maul... Fruit's discovery was ABSOLUTELY essential to this, and I can't thank him enough for figuring it out!!!


I was a little surprised by some of the reactions to this...sorry if I somehow stepped on anyone's dreams...

Yea but that magic helm has wayyyyyy more cool-ness factor to it than a rugged, grass stained leather cap
 
Ohhhhhhh man am I stoked. I switched over to doing Trav Runs on my Zealdin today. I spent almost the entire day that I wasn't doing work, running Trav. I was on the verge of going to bed and got all around and for whatever reason I kept doing the "just one more run before I lay down" gig lol. On the 3rd or 4th run, I found an item that I have NEVER found in 15+ years of D2. I normally go into the pack and have them collapse on me or me and merc, but when the front guy has a pesky aura I take him out first. This is what he dropped. I had to look super hard because I didn't believe it actually said what I was reading.

Wish I would have found this before I turned 1 Ber and 6 Sur Runes into an Enigma, as I was hoping to go for Infinity now lol. But I am in no way complaining. I may make a Faith next or look back into the list of runewords and see if I might go a different route.

I am now sitting on 1 Jah, 1 Sur, 2 Vex, 2 Gul, 5 Mal, 12 Um... the choices.

I just realized how lucky I have been this week. Vex from Threshsocket, Sur on way to CS, Um an hour ago or so from Trav and then this Jah now. It is crazy how my rune finding goes. I will go months without any high runes and then pile up a bunch over a short period and it seems to repeat like that lol. I should start recording my amount of runs and the time. I know I do all runs really slow compared to the top players and I can't help but take my time. My exp bar hasn't seem to gone that much since I found the Barb helm in CS and switched to Trav after that, but P3 Trav doesn't give me much exp at all for the amount of time I have spent killing them.
