As a warm-up to the upcoming summer MFO, there was some interest in a tournament combining scoring for elite S&U and rune drops, similarly to the WSK tournament last year. After some discussion in this thread, the following format seemed to be agreeable to most. So here we go!

Start and end date: 14 July (0:00 local time) - 29 July (23:59 local time)
Targets allowed: Level 85 areas, Baal & minions, Nihlathak, Pindle & Co., Lower Kurast, Travincal, Cow level
Time limitation: 20 hour cap per batch; multiple batches allowed
Items scored: Elite S&Us, runes Hel and above
Versions allowed: 1.13+

We run in three categories for 20 hours per batch. Multiple batches are allowed, but a new set can only be started if the previous one is finished.
All time spent in connection with this tournament counts towards the 20h, including e.g. time spent muling in GoMule.

Runes will be scored as follows in all areas:
The same scoring applies to LK and Travincal. For example a Sur in LK is worth 13.7 points (even though it is disproportionately more common in LK).

Overall placement is then determined as follows:
- Placement in S&U category
The players with the best 10 submitted S&U scores will be assigned placement points according to this system:

- Placement in runes category
The best 10 submitted rune scores will be assigned points according to the same system as above.
- Overall placement
The points assigned to a given player in both categories under 1. and 2. will be added together. The sum of both categories determines the player's overall placement in the relevant running category.
Say you ran a set in Pits and found 10x Tyrael's Might, but unfortunately your highest five runes were Hels. You will submit this result:
You end up finishing first in the S&U category = 12 placement points in S&U category.
You don't manage top 10 in the rune category = 0 placement points in runes category.

The same scoring applies to LK and Travincal. For example a Sur in LK is worth 13.7 points (even though it is disproportionately more common in LK).
