@NanoMist 17 qualifiers is just so high !!! But then again, looking at your run times, it could be expected up to a point. I always envy your efficiency and fast run times
.
As for my runs ... like I said crazy stuff all around. Even more so considering my slower run times, around 4 min for the Javazon, a bit more for the Necro.
I started out incredibly good when my first ever Zod dropped after 40 minutes !!!

The Gul rune that dropped 10 minutes later went by rather unnoticed, since I was still so much out of this world due to the Zod.
The funny thing is that the Zod drop put me in a 'oh good, now I won't have a terrible result like last year' mood at first, not in a 'now I have a good shot at victory mood'.
So running was very relaxed, and to my surprise a Jah dropped after 90 minutes in the tournament.

Talk about a blazing start !!!
It wasn't until the Lo that dropped at the 6 hour mark that I realized I was really in for victory.

When an Ist dropped at the 7:30 mark and Ber 10 minutes later, it was very clear: first place was the place to aim for.

Well actually, at that point, with over 130 points, I was quite confident that victory was mine already, after less than 8 hours !!! The results show that this wasn't the case at all
.
With every qualifier, and certainly with every HR that dropped, I was going more and more like 'ok, now my luck will be over, prepare for a dry streak'. But it never came, until the 15 hour mark, at which point I found my last one.
Less than an hour after the Ber I found an Um, within an hour followed by Um number 2 and an Ohm.

At that point I had reached the goals I had set for this round: Ohm for my Doom BA, full Cow King set and Zod being found by someone. Even better that that someone was me
.
It didn't stop there though, as I got a second Lo after 11 hours, followed shortly by another Gul and then a Mal.

Around the 13 hour mark my Necro killed the Cow King, and when switching to the Javazon I felt like that would be the end of my lucky strike. I had a 187.5 RFO score at that point, so figured that 200 would be good to aim for in the remaining 7 hours. Maybe not really ambitious, but like I said, I was quite sure I would win the round and that my luck would have ended by then.
I couldn't really get into the Javazon, so tried a Blizz Sorc shortly, but didn't get into that either, and managed to kill the Cow King. So it was back to the Javazon. Rerolled maps and got a far better one. Luckily this time I did get into the character, and a second Mal in one of the first runs seemed like a good sign for that.
And then suddenly, around the 14:30 mark ... BAM !!!

The thought hadn't even crossed my mind that this would be possible. I was just in disbelief. I was at a stunning score of 197.5, RFO score was 264.6 !!!
After that the lucky streak finally ended, but I did enjoy the rest of the playtime with the Javazon, and still found some more good items, so all good
.
This is my complete haulpic:

I was convinced that I'd beat the second player with a 70 point margin or so, but
@Pb_pal had an incredibly good score of 150. I'm pretty sure he was quite surprised that he didn't get into first place, and with that kind of score he should
. Lovely obviously that he taking it so well and accepts second place like it is. Given his overall win last year and now this score again, I think he has a very high chance of claiming the victory in the end after 3 rounds.
I have posted all good finds I had in the running thread already, and don't have time to repost them now. Notable finds were 5x Ko, two Gheed's, Bonehew, Jalal's, Stormshield, Boneflame, entire Cow King Set, Guardian Angel and Vamp Gaze in one drop, BK ring, Stoneraven, Titan's and Firelizard's.
Thanks again for hosting
@Grape , and looking forward to the next round !!! I realize the pressure is on me now
