Together with his Ber stashed safely in his vault, Enigma is "only" the equivalent of 3 Surs away. So far so good.
Also I guess this is as good a time as any for a proof of life from HelpYourself. Not too much time to play the last 1-2 weeks, but had some 20-30 minutes sessions in the evenings here and there. She is now past the 1/3 mark and at... well, nothing special except for the fact that I like that XP number:
Initially I doubted whether her recent Merc
upgrade was worth it, but from the running since then I think it was. Confuse proccing a bit faster sometimes defuses some of those situations that are not clearly immediate S&E, but not super safe either (e.g. something like Nihl Might rolls with "borderline" number of Vipers or Witches around). Rough estimate would be it reduced aborted runs by some 10%. Given she rarely aborts it's not a game changing difference, but I'll take it, as well as the general bit of extra safety. Overall things are going smooth for her still, not getting into any real danger since her last death around 10% into the level.
I'll follow the tradition of more detailed updates every 25%, hope to hit 98.50 around next weekend and share some drops.
