As I told Leo, you cannot forgive rent. But you (or anyone playing) can offer to trade another player cash. It's up to the other player to accept or decline and I won't interfere.

As far as buying houses and or hotels when it's your roll, feel free to notify me via @Gorny in game before your next turn comes with the total amount of houses and or hotels you wish to by and what color property they are going to. They are distributed evely, for examply having 3 properties and you buy 6 houses, you get two houses to each property. A seventh house would go to the first property in the group. I'll then do all the money deductions and amend whatever stats i need to.
