Pyro's theory is interesting about Franklin recruited Noammr. The result today from Noammr really confused me. But it's pretty obvious that Franklin isn't town.

You are also a one shot day vig: There is someone out there impersonating you, if you you find out who that person is (will be revealed via your night action) you can shoot them during the day...kill them before they kill you.

6. Nick Valentine. (Town)

9. Super Mutant Suicider.

You are a Super Mutant Suicider. You are Neutral-anti town-anti mafia

Your only affiliation is other Super Mutants, which there are none in this mafia game. You are armed with a mini nuke in your right hand. Which will detonate under the right circumstances.

Day: The first vote on you during the day (each day) will activate the mini nuke. If you are lynched, it will detonate, killing you and the person that locked or placed the final vote on you, provided that they cannot withstand a mini nuke blast. (some can)

Night: Any action (that is not a doc save attempt) targeting you detonates the nuke, it will then explode, killing you and whoever targeted you, provided that they cannot withstand a mini nuke blast.

Mafia NK Rule: If you are targeted for an NK, the mini nuke explodes and might kill whoever attempted to NK you (depending on if they were at close range or at a distance.)

You are naturally suspicious of everything and any sound, saying such things as:

"I hear something..."

"Someone there?"

"Come out come out where ever you are!!

"Why you hidey hide?"

"Here human human human, got a nice treat for you..."

You are armed with a laser appendage. If you elect to perform the mafia NK, it will be a ranged attack and the target (if successful) will be reduced to a glowing pile of ash.

You return an "innocent" read if investigated by any human.

11. Myrna. (Neutral)

Doesn’t matter if they are good or evil, they are a synth. You must actively try to lynch all synths.

Is someone too nice? That’s because they are a synth.

Someone talks too much? They are a synth most likely.

Quiet person? Possibly a synth.

Someone who only eats toast with butter and jelly? A synth!

You must push the lynch of anyone you believe to be a synth.

Your wincon: All the synths must be lynched. (Synths NK’d by others count towards your wincon)



12. Pickman.

1. The Sole Survivor (Town)

The Sole Survivor is the Protagonist of Fallout 4

The SS is normally acompanied by Dogmeat or one of the companions or goes solo as "The Lone Wanderer. The player may select one of three "costumes" to wear for the game:

Costume 1: Vault 111 Jumpsuit: Grants the "Dogmeat" Bonus. The SS is accompanied by Dogmeat through the course of the mafia game. Dogmeat provides a 100% early warning to the first NK attempt at night giving the SS time to react to it and either dodge or avoid it. Dogmeat cannot die and is unkillable/untargetable.


Costume 2: Armored Silver Shroud Outfit (Silver Shroud Armor, Silver Shrout Hat, Silver Shroud Sub Machine Gun, Silve Shroud Calling cards, Armored Welding Goggles ) The Sole Survivor is The Silver Shroud for the course of the mafia game. The Armored Silver Shroud Outfit is reinforced with Ballistic Weave in all of its components. This enables the Sole Survivor to survive a close range blast from a mini nuke. The Silver Shroud is a solo adventurer. The SS is a Vigilante. For purposes of the mafia game, he may target one person per night (leaving behind a calling card) if the person is hostile (scum or otherwise) As to his one shot vig ability, he has to be shot as first to return fire. He will instantly kill his attacker.

Costume 3: Railroad Heavy Armor MK VI. The Sole Survivor is playing the game as "Wanderer" A Railroad Heavy Agent. The Railroad Heavy MK VI Coat is one shot bullet proof. It is also one shot Nuke proof. Wanderor is accompanid by Deacon. Deacon is a master spy, master of disguise and a master sneak. He lends this ability to the SS and makes any action targeting the SS reflect back to the initator. NK/Kill attempts fail, investigations and other night ations act as if the initiator targeted themself.


Other notes on The Sole Survivor:

May be either male or female, named Nora or Nate.

The SS also does not have to choose one of the three costumes, not choosing one of the three costumes defaults the SS to just emerging from the vault after the first night (he is in cryostasis before that point) and untargetable. H has no other abilities except a one shot BP.


2. Preston Garvey (Town)

Preston Garvey is a Senior Officer of The Minute Men. He is a protector role, and may target one person per night and protect them from harassment (attack or NK). Unlike other mafia protective roles, Preston will not die if his target is attacked. Preston cannot target himself. Preston is one to "Stand up for the people" , as such he is a protective role. Preston will instantly kill his impersonator if targeted at night (by the impersonator), reducing the impersonator to a glowing pile of ash.

Lynch votes between Preston and his Impersonator will follow "The Preston vote system."


3.Deacon (Town) (This version of Deacon does not accompany the SS)

Deacon is an operative of The Railroad. Deacon is a synth. Deacon is a master of disguise, a master spy and a master sneak. He can target one player per night and look like an ally of that player, and spy on them. if spying Deacon will who that player targetted but not the action taken.


4. Curie. (Town) (Doc)

The player may choose between one of two bodies for Cure for the duration of the mafia game. Either Robot (Female Mr. Handy) or Synth Curie.

1. Robot Curie: Is a Modified Miss Nanny robot. Can counter one attack at a distance with her laser arm appendage. Essentially a one shot NK immune. Is radiation immune.

2. Synth Curie: Is a synth. No one shot NK immune. Is not radiation immune.


5. Marty Mcfly. (Bonus Character) (Neutral though more town aligned)

PS: Wanjai did great, no problems there. D2DC with the Nuka Cola result made me laugh every time I reread it. I hit the "Show" button expecting something and bam! hilarity.

Looks like the weather hurt Mafia more than it hurt town.

Agreed. Now, mafia played pretty badly and town pretty well - don't get me wrong. However, 50% of night kill actions failed because of events outside of any player's control. I consider that to be... bad form.

I really liked the item drops. They added something fresh and gave the town something to talk about.

I really disliked the weather. There's no way to play around something that you cannot predict or control, especially when there is zero information given about them.

With item drops, you can sort of guess as to what some items might do. Stealth Boys, Stimpacks, Thermogoggles, etc - those were all powerful items and could be deduced as to how they'd influence the game.

Weather... not so much. How would anyone know that you needed to use the robot to counter-act the darkness? Or that Lightning Storm basically buys the town a free day of investigations and more time to catch mafia in a lie?

I cannot say I enjoyed the game. I appreciate what SS was trying to do by adding a little more flair to our games, but I feel that it was simply too much.
 
Initial thoughts:

Looks like I got mostly confirmed as town for my night actions on day 3 completely by accident due to randomised effects.

Still don't understand why I got Franklin as a result on the last night and not my own name.

Noodle's playstyle backfired! Any other player would've been successfully lynched.

Apologies to all of you for my terrible performance, this is not how I usually play. Been looking forward to this for ages but ended up drowning in super serious RL issues so I couldn't really play until the last day (and at that point I was basically along for the ride).

I agree. Mafia knowing how weather affects them would have helped.
