The Sewers are located underneath Lut Gholein in Act II, and hosts the mummy Radament.

The Sewers are located underneath Lut Gholein, and can be reached through either a set of stairs in town, or a doorway on the quayside. Don't forget to get the waypoint in the second level!
There are a lot of winding passageways, and places where you might think is blocked, but is in fact passable. Watch out for the Burning Dead Archers here, as they quickly can drain your health if you're not careful, or have excellent fire resistance.
Regardless if you speak to Atma first or not, you will complete the Radament's Lair quest when Radament is dead by your hands. However, make sure to speak to her after the quest is done, since she'll arrange for you to get discounts from all merchants in town.

- Monster levels are usually always equal to the area level with exception to uniques (mlvl +3) and champions (mlvl +2).
