If someone has a good idea of how many minions you kill (and champions skipped), then @Owlie's MF spreadsheet can answer what is better in terms of actually finding an item. There are a things that aren't obvious from the scores in this thread (for example that AT Blizzy can surpass Pindle efficiency). But I agree for the purposes of this thread the scoring system is as good as it gets.

Using Albatross' times from the leaderboard and the facts that '1 bosspack=1,05 unique pack' and '1 unique = 43 p1 minions/regulars' you can get a corrected efficiency as:
So even 10 minions per run would put the actual efficiency at 1,709 down from 1,770. I assume it's a bit more than that though.

Have p3 runs been attempted for AT yet? They would obviously suck in light of this scoring system but in terms of 'actual' efficiency they might be worth considering.
Barb minion/creep kills easily exceed 10 due to random horks of bodies merc killed. I checked both barb and sorc videos and my guess would be sorc would have up to 15 extra creep kills than barb does per run. Just a fast estimation.
I consider my map to be decent. A good map would have 3 teleports at most on each level.
A lot of people think that Countess is somewhat of a 'meme category' but I definitely like running her, she's uncomplicated and you get what you came for, every time.
Timing
The problem with timing her is the S&E lag which is massive (at least 5 seconds...). If you use the standard method outlined in the start post you will enter and exit the first game after starting the counter but because you're in town the S&E will be instantaneous instead of 5s. So every time you mule or pause or whatever you will then get 5 seconds for free on your first proper run.
To combat this I actually do the run that the counter doesn't register in order to simulate the S&E lag on the first run of every session. This particular set was run in one go, so I sat down, started the timer and then did 101 Countess runs without break. Probably the most accurate way of timing Countess, no room for error possible.

I went for the 200% fcr BP and used CtA. I guess I could drop the CtA to gain an extra second but it's just more comfortable that way. Other than that there's nothing crazy about her equip:

If I wanted to drop the CtA there would be plenty of room in my inventory to make up for it. However I also tested this build with different picking behaviours (see below) and it's nice to have a lot of room to pick.
In any case the damage is sufficient for now. Biggest possible improvement is Griffon's which probably speeds the countess kill up by quite a bit (still takes a few Lightnings too long for my taste).
Picking Behaviour
Here are my three timers for Countess on this character:
On the first set I picked Ral, Sol, Hel and Lem+ if I recall correctly, on the second I picked every rune and on the third I only picked Lem+. (Got Lem, Pul, Um in that one)
I picked a total of 1029 runes on the second set with 15 of them being Lem+. Nice haul overall, 79 Ral, 70 Sol and 30 Hel.
Really not a lot of difference to be seen. It should also be said that all three were done in one sitting each and it's insane that the second set only is 3 seconds worse than the third even though I was completely focused during the third. I didn't use the proper timing explained above during the second set, but even then that probably can't make more than a seconds difference anyway.
I think I died once or twice during the second set but it's rare to say the least. This is basically like LK: Once you have a good landing spot you will hardly ever die, and if you do you just don't care and continue running anyway.

Here’s my sample of 200 runs for Pindle with no delay towards the end of MFO. I did some calculations to see what my adjeff was with this setup/run time and as I expected I’m still slightly behind @Fabian but a good result nonetheless. I think with some setup changes and better execution I can simultaneously improve my run times, eMF, and FI%.
I don’t have time to add to tables but I figured I’d share real quick before we get a long day started. Feel free to check my math, haven’t done these calculations before and it’s early!
E: I also plan to revisit quite a few targets after hiatus now that I don’t have delays ruining my times. More Pindle, Countess, LK, and Travincal for sure.
Damn, first Berserker Pindle entry in 5½ years, and sub 15 too! Very nice, hope to see you take the top spot soon, it should definitely be doable if that was your first attempt and there still are Pindle specific improvements to make.

Might as well update my score as well. This was done during MFO 2019 starting with this post where I outlined how I sped up my load times significantly followed by another attempt in which I got 2.300 fabians. A summary of the equip used in that run is in this post together with some theorycrafting on how to use items from other patches to improve my time further.
The score above uses the same equip except for a switch from a 6 Ist weapon to Oculus 'Ist' for faster teleport which costs 100MF total. (run counter posted here) Considering that perfect roll on MF equip (+83MF) would result in an adjeff of 2.237 fabians and the fact I didn't try any time travel items on her yet mean that I will most certainly revisit this run when I'm a bit richer. The goals will then be sub 2.200 without minions or sub 2.100 with minions. I calculated 2.113 fabians with 5 minions and perfect MF rolls so that is well within reach!
I'm quite happy with this step up, considering the 2.809 fabians I had before this MFO
Still on the lookout for a Cham rune and HLW. This would let me drop Ravenfrost for another 10 FCR rare ring. I could probably replace the boots with War Traveler, or anything really. I could also use 1 more Lightning Facet and replace main switch Spirit with HHG for more -LR.
