If I'm not mistaken, you cant trade properties with houses/hotels, correct? So, I'd have to sell off the houses first?

Yea, so the way I understood it: $12k plus browns vs Coju's properties, then he could pay me the $3800.

Or, $8200 + browns etc and we waive the rent?

I agree to Coju's trade: Mediterranean + Baltic, and $12000 for his other properties:
- Short Line RR
- States Ave
- St. Charles
- Illinois Ave
- Pennsylvania Ave

Then, he should have plenty to pay the $3800 without mortgaging anything!

Finally, when my turn comes around, I'd like to:
1. Sell only the hotels on Boardwalk and Park Place, leaving 4 houses on each. +$800
2. Sell only the hotels on St. James, Tennessee and NY Ave, leaving 4 houses on each. +$600
