As @Leopold Stotch has ASSets in cash of $5,320 and properties totaling $1,920 when mortgaged, also noting that if Leo sells all of the houses on her properties, she will gain another $2,520 which still leaves her $151 short.

*credit to D2DC for the selling houses part, it's been years since I played Monopoly last*

Leopold Stotch had gone BANKRUPT and is out of the game!

All of Leopold Stotch's ASSets are now assigned to D2DC (as mortgaged), game further paused till I get home from work and can update things.

It's going to take me a bit to read through the rules regarding the handling of mortgaged properties, so will do it after work tonight. for the moment and totals I listed moneywise in post #294 may change per standard rules.

So game paused until further noticed.

Trades may continue.

Working on mortgaging @Leopold Stotch's Properties and assigning them to @D2DC, with D2DC paying 10% upfront on mortgaged properties (otherwise they forfeit to the bank). D2DC has elected to unmortgage immediately, so he pays the principal cost plus 10% again to gain full possession.
