Thought I'd start Pit runs with my zealot since he's got Grief now. You might notice the map isn't even explored yet, since it's my first attempt.

Snagging a high level grailer isn't too bad for a char with 0% mf.
 
Been running LK and had very little luck for a few hundred runs - then 2 Guls within 20. Back to the not much luck mode unfortunately, but hoping that changes again soon. Also got a Sparking GC of Inertia, which is really nice since it's my Nova sorc who found it.

Any keepers or value with any of these Rare Jewels? I know they aren't a 7/30/9/9 or anything, but a few seemed like they could maybe have a use somewhere or for a specific situation.

I may have some other really good ones hidden away in a stash I don't normally have them in, I'll have to check, lol. Sorry for a lot of mediocre or plentiful ones. I just thought a few of these were pretty nice, like the 15@, some of the ED/IAS or ED/Rares and some of the 17-18 total Strength+Dexterity ones! Thanks for any opinions or thoughts on ideas for use or what I might be able to get, as I try to chase down more high runes to make some RWs I've never made in many, many years of playing!
 
I've always said that LK runs are more interesting and less boring if you pop all the stuff along the way to the "superchests".

i'm not even all that convinced that the superchests pay better than all the rando poppables along the way. Especially if you have a quicker character. Popping potentially 6 chests in 2 campfires and then loading takes a certain amount of time ... popping all the stuff along the way, in my mind, certainly increases your odds for a decent rune. I'm pretty certain that i've found more high runes from poppables than the chests.

I've been levelling a WW barb since the 2.4.3 changes and with my Enigma and the run speed he's pretty quick at popping stuff.

anyways, found a Ber rune from a rando single small chest.

Recently I made a Fury druid, and he's been a blast to play. He's very tanky and capable of handling the Council in Travincal, though the merc and heart of the wolverine don't survive (grizzly does most of the time though). Anyway, I found my first non-cubed Lo in D2R there a little while ago!

Also, got a nice surprise a week and a half ago when looking for shield bases with my Blizz sorceress.

So I farmed a base for my son to roll his first Elite Eth "Insight" for his Blizz sorc. I had Hels and TPs all lined up to reroll it for lvl 17 Meditation aura, and the first roll:

Perfect aura and perfect ED%! Of course D2 gives me beautiful rolls on cheap runewords I could afford to reroll a lot. :ROFLMAO:

Also got a Vex from Cows, Gul x2 from Lower Kurast, and finally got my first Highlord's since my restart from Andariel! All in all, a pretty decent day!

Yeah, it's been a while since I've been at it, but I recall enough to know CVs were always my last choice... but so far D2R just doesn't want to drop me eth polearms!
 
Whether or not CV is "bad" depends on the Merc setup mostly. For many typical setups such as Andy + Fortitude, CV/CA bases are good and in some cases even provide for higher DPS output. In any case differences are very small in almost all scenarios.

Yeah I found over 75% of my skillers in LK. Still need a lot for some builds. Like my Javazon, I only have passive skillers. And quite a few for barb masteries.
