The Far Oasis is the third wilderness level with a desert tileset, reached from the Dry Hills in Act II.

The Far Oasis does not have a waypoint on its own, but there is one on the third level of the Maggot Lair, which his located here. It's likely faster to try and run from the Dry Hills if need be.
The Maggot Lair is where you can find the Staff of Kings used to create a Horadric Staff for The Horadric Staff quest.
