Based on the earliest some trophies were awarded, we've only been able to like posts since June 3, 2014: this is only the 102nd post I've made since then, of 1,153 total, so only ~8.8% (100 * 101/1152) of my previous posts are likely to have been... liked.I like how I have more than 3 times your post count, with 14 times less likes. At time of posting I've received 170 likes for those 101 previous posts, so average ~1.68 likes per post: apply that to 1,152 total posts before this one, and that's 1,939 likes I might have received if we'd been able to like posts since I joined on January 24, 2008, more than six years earlier.
Older members could 'adjust' likes received in this way, although if you've been more active than me then it'll be more of a chore to go back through your messages (20 per page, 10 pages at a time, then find older messages) to establish your post count since June
I'm having one of those moments where I have more time on my hands than sense in my head (blame the recent heat), so I've also done this for Jcakes (joined May 15, 2008) and 16140 * 284/1185 = 3,868 'adjusted' likes received, compared to T72on1's 4,017 (joined February 12, 2016, so no adjustment needed).

I've been playing a little D2 (15-20 minutes at a time) to try to get a little more dexterity back in my left hand now the the numbness and pain are subsiding. One thing that I have noticed is that I'm finding it difficult to move my left index finger between mouse buttons 1 and 2 with any great speed or accuracy, yet I can type no problems. It feels really weird!

I might have missed some relevant info about this earlier, but is there a reason you need to move your index finger? Because I almost never move mine.
I've got a bulging disc in neck with a pinched nerve; not really super painful, but I've got restricted movement and numbness. I had a couple of episodes of traction to try to encourage the disc to be less bulgy or else its steroid injections into the spine.
I think the question is why do you need to move your index finger between mouse buttons? I use index finger for left click, middle finger for scroll wheel and ring for right click. None of the fingers moved from their assigned buttons.
I only use one finger on a mouse; my index finger. I have never been able to use more than one finger, I simple don't have the dexterity and never have.
EDIT: Frankly, I don't know whether it is dexterity or mental acuity

How many fingers do you have on each hand? For this exercise, list the number of thumbs separately.
I bet you have three oposing thumbs, don't you @LozHinge the Unhinged .
