Another interesting, and this time more useful, find!

I decided to do a few Stoney Tomb runs over my lunch break, because I knew I was close to rolling over to level 91. Near the start of the second run, a green Amulet drops. Could it finally be Tal's!? Nope. Vidala's Snare. Oh well, move along. On the second level, we find a green Sacred Armor. No need to worry about that one! Hooray, IK Soul Cage.

I posted a while back about how I'm one item short on several class sets. Finally, I have found one of the missing pieces. ken, the Whirlwind Barb, is very happy.

Still missing Tal's Ammy, Nat's helm, M'avina's helm, Aldur's armor, and Trang-Oul's helm... but this is a start.

However, I had a little bit of good fortune today too, in the form of an exceptional unique sword from another countess run:


With that, Flavie tells me that my Exceptional Unique grail improved from -2 to -1!

My item finding luck appears to match most others' luck here, in that certain wands seem to be the stubborn finds. The wands I pine for Torch of Iro, Blackhand Key, and Death's Web. The first two would each complete my Normal- and Exceptional-Unique grails:

Just a few minutes ago... not sure if it was from Pindle or his hoard. Chance to drop from Pindle is 1:95,059, and this is the 2nd one I've found here. I really just wanted a Dweb, but I'll take it.

I have been getting some crazy luck this week. Tonight I found my second Cham rune in less than a week! I'd never seen a Cham drop in my life before, and now I've found two in a week.

Today, it was in the Chaos Sanctuary. I decided to do exactly two CS runs with galuf, the hybrid FoH / Zeal Pally that I Pat'd a few days ago. He was close enough to hitting level 81 that I figured two CS runs at p1 would do it (and it did ). I was duking it out with a boss pack and then it popped onto the other side of my screen. I guess whichever monster dropped it caught some stray Holy Bolts. I couldn't believe it. Two Chams in a week!

The second run yielded another Vipermagi, which of course is not super rare, but it is nevertheless a useful item. galuf swapped out his Que-Hegan's armor for the Vipermagi immediately.

I am pretty sure this is just a thing of an unfortunate cropping, but I still love the 0% of an increased block rate

Just checking in to complain hard about my suffering at the hands of Anya.

Been building a couple of level 30 LLD chars recently and spent probably some 10-15 hours in total by now shopping Anya for an Artisan's (3os) LP/MP of the Squid (60-80 life).

@PhineasB far from perfect life roll, but complaining "sort of" worked during a brief stint this morning after two more trolls (both artisan/whale) I got a 65 life Artisan's LP of the Squid. Good enough to end the ordeal...
