Zombies invade Atlantis. Stargate zombie Mafia game.

I am not 100% sure that we have any zombies left, I think Drixx is scum and a good lynch target so I went that way. Relatively easy for anyone to dodge me now anyway. You'll note that Drixx dodged it, quoted every post of mine except that one.

Hijacked, but you gotta be kidding me. He think he is scum and a good lynch target, but you didn't say you think he is a zombie. The day has been going on for 4 hours. You don't think there was time to test someone with your role? Good joke.

As for Drixx, I can easily see him as being scum, but again, he's not a zombie based off my investigation, he's a godfather if he's anti-town because I got a vanilla read on him.

So you want to lynch someone who is potentially in a second mafia group when we have people wondering if the zombies can recruit town power roles? Give me a break. Even if Drixx is scum why would we lynch him when JCakes is in a group that potentially recruits. Last thing I will give you is an extra night.

Why did you delete the part of the quote where I ask you if you think zombies can recruit town power roles? Why would you throw a vote on Drixx without even discussing with the town who we want cleared as a zombie? If you have a role that CLEARS ZOMBIES why would you throw a vote regardless of who everyone thinks you should use it on?

I didn't delete any part of the quote. Do I think zombies can recruit power roles? Possibly, there are a number of ways it could be balanced it could be an x-shot ability, it could have a %chance multiple options. Why don't you ask TC?

Why would I through it away, because you won't believe me anyway. I think Drixx is scum, not sure what alignment so I voted for him. I do find it interesting that he dodged quoting me though.

quite simple, because when I flip as exactly what I claim to be you can point to the remote possibility that CGB was recruited overnight. Whereas if you come straight out and claim that I am a Zombie and I flip as what I say I am, then you are obviously lying.

For the same reasons that you didn't use the "he must have been recruited last night" defense, Bad Ash won't survive tomorrow if you don't flip zombie today. Nobody is going to buy into CGB being recruited last night. If you don't flip zombie, then Bad Ash lied and we lynch him. It's really that simple. If he wanted to make a fake claim to get us to kill you, doing so in an indirect way instead of a direct way isn't going to save him if you flip pro-town zombie finder.

I am blown away and can't say this enough: JCakes just blew his power role with no disregard to anyone at all. AKA it doesn't exist. No one would do that if they were town. No one.

Taking a break cause it's Friday night.

Bottomline:

I'd be fine voting Drixx, just not today because I know for a fact off of my investigations that he's not a zombie. The one where we still aren't sure if can recruit or not so if he's anti-town he's in a different faction.

If JCakes isn't scum I absolutely welcome numbers to shoot me during the night.

Goodnight

What did I dodge? I've been quoting you non stop. You don't have any idea who I am. You already admitted in another post that you voted for me because Moar is willing to vote for me, and you are in "anyone but me" mode now.

Sarcasm doesn't make you look any less scummy. You know TC wouldn't answer any questions about how mechanics work.

What's up with all the lies mate? I quoted you a couple times yesterday and multiple times today. Do you think if you just make up a story people will just believe it at face value?

Oh I will, don't worry about that. ^^

He's referring to the fact that his specific ability was something like if the first person he votes for each day, quotes the post in which he voted for them, within x posts, then he learns if they are a zombie or not. You didn't quote the post where he voted for you. :) That's why he says you're dodging him.

You didn't quote my post with a vote in it. No I am not in anyone but me mode, I am in any scum mode. I know for a fact I am town, I suspect that you and BA are scum of some persuasion. I am happy voting for either, but if I vote for BA then I'll just get lynched. You on the other hand I suspect are scum and I think I am more likely to get a lynch on you. I'd rather a scum was lynched (you) rather than town (me).

My preference would be for BA, but I would prefer to go for you.

Oh I will, don't worry about that. ^^

I'm 99.99% sure that BA is being truthful with us, and I think his alignment is irrelevant to whether we can trust his info about CGB. If; however, Jcakes somehow miraculously turns up townie (I say miraculous because if he was a townie he would be going after Bad Ash and not me. He picked me because Moar's vote means he needs to convince one less person to buy into his attack on me) just do the math and make sure that in shooting BA you aren't playing into scum hands. Your vote might be the difference between LYLO and a scum win tomorrow.

Bad Ash made this super easy on all of us. He said that if you don't flip zombie then numbers should shoot him tonight. I'm fairly certain I would get lynched tomorrow just because I have found BA's claim believable and thus trust his information.

If you really were town, you should actually WANT to get lynched right now because you're convinced BA and I are a scum team and you coming up town on the flip would get both He and I killed. Any townie would trade himself for 2 scum.

You seem much more interested in staying alive in a game where you no longer have a function than you do getting rid of scum. The purpose of the townie is to fulfill his role. You claim you are a town aligned zombie finder, but you think there are no more zombies left. That, in effect, makes you a vanilla townie now. As such you couldn't possibly make a better play for the town than to trade yourself for 2 scum.

But you're not a townie ... you're a zombie. So instead of making the townie play (which might have convinced people and saved you) you're making the anti-town play. You're a very smart player and if you were actually a townie you would have gladly gone to the gallows in order to get rid of even just one person you were sure was scum.

I have no idea if BA is a mafia rolecop or a town rolecop or if he's just a mafia using people's claims and kill flips to fake claim. What I do know is that your response to his information today is pure 100% vintage scum.

I think if I hit scum, it doesn't actually matter? it's only if I hit town that the math screws us over.

Per my quick napkin math, if you shoot a townie, the following scenarios happen:

1 scum remaining: doesn't cost us the game as 6 people alive and 5 eligible to vote the game is in a 4v1 and has a couple chances left to get the final scum.
2 scum remaining: with 6 people alive and 5 eligible to vote the game is in a 3v2 MYLO (it's MYLO instead of LYLO because they can choose not to lynch and go into the next day with your vote available for a 3v2 LYLO situation)
3 scum remaining: with 6 people alive and 5 eligible to vote the game is over since scum would control the lynch

All of this assumes that Laarz fails to make a doc save. A doc save could shift things to the town's favor. Whether you shoot or not is up to you, but unless you believe only one scum is left, shooting could have significantly bad results.

Agreed. If I shoot a townie, it could be terrible. I think that's what I said? :P

yes but you didn't write 10 paragraphs about it.

Drixx burn! I like it. :P

For the record, I don't understand why people don't like walls of text. :D I don't mind a wall of text. I, however, don't like walls of text interspersed with quotes. It all blurs together in my head very easily in that format. A wall of text alone though is easy, I just read through it and draw the relevant information from it.

It is more that half of Drixx's WoT posts are just waffle that I get bored halfway though a post and don't read all of it.

I agree with the wall of quotes as well. I used to be somewhat guilty of it.

Well it seems our choice today is quite simple. Get Jcakes flip, and play from there.

@Moar: you're going to a card game too eh? We had that yesterday as well. Actually it was more of a board game night than card game. But settlers of catan is mighty fun.

Vote: Jcakes
