Java updates automatically and the new installation of Version 0.43 is more unstable than Version 0.3

Try 0.42. I am using that and it is pretty solid.

I’m not sure what the changes are to 0.43 anyway.

Editing the text file is OK as long as it is not abused.

I had that problem too, but not anymore now. Not sure what fixed it to be honest, but it might indeed be a newer version of GoMule. Hope you get it sorted out. It's indeed very annoying.

To those of you with a digital copy of Diablo 2 - is it still able to be modified with RWM etc? I don't know if you are presented with the same file system. I ask because I am likely moving to New Zealand and I can't afford to ship things over, so I will need to buy a cheap gaming system and a new copy of Diablo 2, which will probably be digital

I only have analogue version of Diablo 2

I guess you mean the D2 you get from Blizzard shop, not from discs? It works totally fine. Just make sure you find the char save file for usage of GoMule.
