early thoughts: Since there has been no night I agree with what has been said that it most likely is not restrictions that will wear off. If I had to guess one that would it would be Ivan as I think Noammr is clearly a robot.

Data could speak english so I dont think that Noammr is data...unless in early movies or episodes he didnt speak he just talked in binary?

Zhao + Ankeli = Step brothers 2? DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS. YUP.
