@maxicek I'm not sure on the wolf whether or not ribcracker would be an endgame weapon. I haven't put that much thought into it. I just figured it would get me to mid 70's where I could let him sit until I figured it out.

Why do dual {emphasis added} Mighty Sceptors with 20%ias do a 3fpa/8.33aps according do the referenced ias bp calculator, but the same calculators "view ias table" link shows "6 ticks/4.16 attacks per second" {actual value inserted}?

There is no error here...the 'view ias table' shows the values for a single weapon, while the calculator is showing the values for dual weapons, as you specified...

3fpa/8.33aps = (2*) 6 ticks/4.16 attacks per second

BTW, for Heaven's Light, an IAS jewel is sufficient to hit LWWBP, and would allow for some +%ED or +min/max dam as well...
