I forgot to screenshot it, but got a double TC3 unique drop from Nihlathak. Kinda cool. Anyway, other drops:

After finding a few thousand Marrowwalks and Treks I finally found some War Travs last week and of course they turned out ethereal. This time I was more fortunate.

Finally found a demon machine while Mephing.

Made a demon enchant sorc ... and yeah, it's pretty damn powerful. Kinda ridiculous given you only really need the Demon machine chu-ko-nu. Adding the infinity to your merc and maybe a sunder charm just basically opens up the whole game to farm and raises the farming level to p8 on most of the game. Many areas with ease. Cows is crazy easy (just boring to me that's all)

Even with bypassing min-maxing and prebuffing (can't be bothered) it kills real fast.

Even adding the Flickering Flame is kinda a compromise. I don't know even if it's worth it given that I was rocking a Shako with a ptopaz and the extra 100 MF or so, +2 skills and other stats made for almost similar killing speed but better drops.

and ironically, this grand charm dropped after I made the Demon Enchant sorc .... Burning charm with +44 life. I understand that online trading would net me a few shiny baubles ... but SP it's just me, myself and I. Also, the +44 life is "less" valuable to an ES sorc compared to other classes.

The only other memorable drop in the last few days was an Ohm on terrorized cows.

Double TZ Andy last evening and night with my UT Sorc.

Finally!

IK's Body was a grailer.

After the first hour I put an Ist into that Occu and switched her gear to 3-piece Tal's and Shako+Occu -setup. Meph was chosen for some test runs between Andy hours.

Now I can start to plan her first Torch attempt.

And during that two hours Andy managed to drop her regular stuff also.

Was feeling in the mood for a torch, so pounded out an hour or so of Nihlathak looking for keys. After a while got this instead:

I get it D2, I get it. Fury druid is already in progress.
Also started to get frustrated with the lack of keys and was about to quit when the game came through for me in style with the old double drop.

Had to stop and finish fixing dinner, but got about 35 minutes in of TZ Andy and this was the last run

The Griffon's wasn't great (-17 to resistance and +11 to damage), but it was a self grailer. The Rainbow Jewel was a -4/+4 fire.

Earlier in the run I got an Arm of King Leoric, which is only my second.

This brings my level 99 grail to 319 items

Ah right, at least it can be used in that new Runeword but it's sad how hard it is to get a good base for either Faith of Ice.

Yeah, I totally agree with that. I'm still short a Jah to be able to make 'Faith', but I feel like my odds of finding the Jah are better than finding the base! I pick up every white/grey GMB and Mat bow I come across, but so far I have had zero luck finding/cubing one with +3 bow skills and 4os. Someday..!

There are risks with GMB and lowroll on fanaticism.

The good news in D2R is that the Act 1 rogue can use Amazon gear, but if you put Faith into a GMB or MB it means that a Druid or Paladin can't. I'm happy with my Superior Diamond bow Faith.

Last night TZ Andy dropped me a Carrion Wind, but what got my attention was this single drop of 5 set items. Too bad the best item was the IK boots

Terror Andy was kind to me tonight:

A grailer for sure, but maybe this has some uses on an ES sorc or something? I know that part of those builds is reducing damage pre-shield, would this be a good candidate?
