I'm doing my yearly "continuous improvement" routine on my chemistry resource manual. I hope I have got rid of some of the embarrassing errors I had over the last few years.
 
That's a little beyond the scope of the course. I'm debating whether to mention mono- and polyprotic acids and bases.
 
It'll help when we do our prac of titrating monoprotic HCl with diprotic Na2CO3. I think it'll help with the 2:1 ratio of the titration.

I think it may be important for industry, especially for big batch chemistry. You'd want to know what's in excess and how much you need...
