Rocky Waste is the first desert wilderness area outside of Lut Gholein in Act II.

Almost right after the player leaves the gates of Lut Gholein he runs in to monsters in the desert. Here you'll find the first tomb tileset dungeon: Stony Tomb. While Stony Tomb isn't part of The Horadric Staff quest, it's well worth a visit for the additional experience and treasure.
Level Information
- Monster levels are usually always equal to the area level with exception to uniques (mlvl +3) and champions (mlvl +2).
