Yet another "legit" exploit discovered - cheesy gold earning

It will be very hard to find such an item since Fool's and Grinding are in the same magic prefix category and can't both exist on a weapon at the same time.
 
Doesnt a perfect skull sell for like 25k? So if I socket my grinders w/PSkull, would this make a good seller weapon even better?

Gemmed stuff can't be bought back. And even though the skull on its own sell for 25k or something, it's only the mods that it gives to the weapon that are taken into account when selling the wep. So a socketed wep with a skull will most likely be worth less than the skull itself.

Not long. Probably somewhere before filling a quarter of town b.net would end your connection and flag your account. I know some people who got their accounts disabled in the beggining of ladder for a abusive 1 gold coin dropping in town. Constantly gold droping person send packets to server that are somewhat similar to those (or more likely their sequence) who try to execute denial of service attack. So just a little warning with dropping too much gold, especially now that this gold exploit discovered and more people are "poping" gold from npc's without picking it up.
 
Last night I was on gamleing jewelery and got dropped for 3 different games in a row. I was buying and selling the jewelery pretty quick and after 5 visits the game stopped respondeing. I could see what was in my belt slots if I moved my corsur of it, I could change skills, but I couldn't click on any inventory item. within a minute of this happening the game dropped I got the connection message and the game no longer existed. I didn't have this happening the night before but I was gambling more than just the rings and ammies. Curious I thought. But anyhow I did gamble a 7th and 8th yes an 8th Vilda's ammy and with different graphics also. They are now my diggler, I'm not stopping till I have a mule filled with nothing but Vilda ammies...........muahhahaha
 
yeah on a diff forum i read about a way to dupe using bots and dropping money... so i assume thats why those people would of got disabled by dropping gold... i dont think they would ban you for doing the item trick but.. its not doing anything bad... your only buying and selling an item alot of times to make money.. just say you were bored...

If you were bored, why not play the damn game and get gold thennnnnn buy and sell items like a madman legitly.... there for you have no real backbone to your statement except that you wanted to exploit the system for your own personal joyous gain
 
i just do pindle in hell.. takes about 17 seconds.. and usually get 70k + from items dropped. No need to exploit anything except pindles a**....
 
I got a Grinding Lance which sells for 35000 and I can buy it back for 10300 with the aid of my 13% vendor price Gheeds which means almost 25K profit per transaction.
It takes be just over 7 minutes to fill my stash with 2200000 and char with 870000 :D
 
No offense to the original poster but, that's not exactly an easy or cheesy way to earn gold. I know of a much eaier way.

Take any player of ANY level that can join a hell game and get into act 5 or cows.

Join a game that's been going for a while, 10-20 minutes. Cow games are best because most non magical/unique/rares are left on the ground. In one cow game you can find a dozen or more elite white armors that sell for 35,000 each and you don't have to spend a dime getting them.

So again, no offense but your bug isn't exactly a get rich quick scheme.

If you have a character of lvl 85 or higher, this bug is a much faster way if you can find a decent grinding weapon. Also since most people have their inventory full of charms, they can only pick up one armor at a time.

So no offense, but don't knock it until you try it, this is a get rich quick scheme.

I still think the grinding and fool's bug is a better way to earn gold than yours
because you would have to look for the best drops,then id them,then sell them all,then come back in cows ;it takes more time to earn gold like that than earning gold with the selling/buying bug

I think you don't quiet understand why this scheme is so good. You only need to find 1 weapon only ONCE. Then you don't need to go anywhere, find anything or search for games. As we see from the other posts people already have weapons that make 23-25 thousand gold per sell. 1 sell takes 5 clicks. Thats about 3 seconds. In ONE minute you can do 20*25,000= 500,000 gold aproximatly. So about 5 minutes to fully load level 90 char. With cow nerf in 1.10 i doubt that you can even find a cow game in 5 minutes (unless you play with group of people that are doin cows). Obviously you haven't tried this method.
