Re: WW Ghost Assassin Guide V2.0
yeah, some are pretty ridiculous. I was half fantasizing myself
Even tienje shows some pretty great gear as his end game (it was a physical build, so tweaked a bit for venom)
* 2 Sin | 20 FCR | 5% life (Jah) | 10 DEX | 8 MAX | 24-45 fire damage | 18 all RES Circlet
* Highlords Ammy
* 10 FCR | 78 AR | 6 life leach | 10 life | 78 mana | 21 LR Ring
* 248 | 20 Raven Frost Ring
* Gothic Plate Enigma Armor
* Trang’s Glove
* Arachnid's Belt
* Imp Shanks Boots (30 FRW | 20 FHR | 18 STR | 49 LR | 35 FR | 22 PR)
* Feral Fury (with +3Venom and +3LS) Claw
* Ebugged Suwayyah Chaos Claw
And no real changes. If you build like that, you basically have built in your rings, belt and other stuff so you can't swap it out for sorb or something. Really, there's no need anyway, so IMO, it's always best to just get the gear and use it.
@ Dflight: We don't deny that it's capable of a kill and all, but it's necessarily risky. If it was faster, it's be worth dealing with it getting interrupted so easily + missing when the opponent moves off screen. But since it's so slow (almost a full second to cast), you can tele + do a triwhirl by the time dflight gets to the opponent. Tele is able to be cast and telestomp off screen, won't be interrupted as easily, and you are free to move once you have stomped (not waiting to put your foot down before you can move).
Also, any opponent that can be killed by a low level dflight in one kick can be killed by 1-2 MB casts, which can be done off screen (even by the master as a better kill).
I'm not sure if Dclaw can spawn normally. I remember there's a cube socket + low level conversion that could make a runic get claw mastery and other low tier skills, but not 100% sure since I've never tried it. At the very least. it's only 2 skill points to get it
Hmm details on LS. I use LS vs necs, since they hit the hardest. I want them stunned ASAP. I lead in with LS, and if I can NL, it's with WoF. After that, MB MB MB!!! They'll get stunned just enough for WoF to hit, and if they stayed near LS, that'll hit first (ensuring they stay for WoF). Then I dclaw.
LS is better when speed is an issue. Like I said, necs especially, but even druids. However, due to their close range, LS should be used when following so you don't need to get too close, and WoF when you are close. Their low range and Wof's low range works lout like that.
Bows are another thing where they can run and run. So, the far reaching LS )and fast LS) is perfect for tripping them up to start with. Then, WoF. Bows + java tend to have the D/E/A, and WoF is killer on their dodges. However, once they run out, javas can hurt, and bowas like to get out ASAP. Re stunning quickly helps stun them better.
The E-bugged suwayyah is a suwayyah from a few patches ago where you could Hel out a Zod socket, and it would remain indestructible. He has a Chaos runeword made in that claw. Since it's eth with indestructible and doesn't have to worry about it breaking, it's very strong.
