wait so it doenst matter wether my claw has 30 ias ?
It does make a difference when a wwsin or barb hits you with arach, then you lose your trap bp with 30ias on claw cause -10 ias.

slow works like negative eIAS. means with 10% trapping speed will be treated as if you had wsm -20, so it'd require 63 ias to reach max trapping when being slowed by 10%.
it does matter (40ias vs 30ias on claw i mean) if you decide to put 2*ias jewels into lets say a 2/20/@/2sock circ against barbs/wwsins
Are you sure its eIAS and not just negative IAS?
I have to admit Ive never done any real testing on this, but Ive stacked 60+ ias over my bp vs golem slow and 10+ ias over my bp vs arach slow, and I seem to be keeping my bp. if it was eIAS I dont think I would have kept trap bp with -60 eIAS from golem slow.
I def notice the difference of 1 extra ias jewel for ias stack when using widowmaker vs bvcs, so I dont think its eIAS.

i'm pretty sure moritz is right about slow being -EIAS/+WSM, though i haven't done any real testing either.
oh well, im almost certain that slow works like neg eIAS, how else would smiters get crippled so damn much by slow if all they needed to do was use an ias jewel or two
against necros you most likely will be using BoS, which is skill IAS and counts as eIAS, sooooo I guess that BoS and you ias gear sum up against golem slow, but i dont know the correct numbers ^_^

idk I seem to keep trap bp with my wwsin on dclaw setup with -50wsm, golem is like 59-61% slow depending on what level golem the opponent uses. if it was negative eIAS that would be like me using a +10wsm setup, and I can assure you my traps are not anywhere near that slow when Im golem slowed.
Same thing for keeping kick bp with 30ias stacked vs fleshripper/arach in kick vs kick duels. I dont lose kick bp with 30ias in helm, but I feel slower when I switch to a 15ias helm vs 30% slow.

o yea i dont think i will hit bp with 30 ias on fools because u need 40 ias on the primary hand which is my fools to have 9 fram traps i think? lol

Oh hi tien I'm making a budget ghost and I need you to tell me gears. Ok i wear que-hegans armors and also the peasants crown. is this good? i found jade talon and a bartucs. i think i will do really good ww dmg. i want to know, if my build is better than yours. i think it is. what do you think/

i use the physical build listed in the guide, with an ebugged suwayyah chaos instead of the feral chaos. you should have more AR than I do if you use a fools claw.
