Well made a start this morning before work but didn't get far. Managed to clean the denizens from the den of evil and then called upon elemental fires to waste blood raven. Didn't find a suitable weapon but Charsi had a short sword that was suitable for my current needs.

First update, currently runnnig countess for some low level runes, will porbably continue after I have found an Eth for a Stealth.

I have decided on making a Singing Frenzy Barb with 1 point in the rest of the combat tree, Berserk for PIs and WW to escape mobs. The character seems pretty fragile so far, this is the first time I have ever gone shieldless, HC or SC, so I'm going to have to learn some better crowd control or this might be quite a short tourney for me! :tongue:

FINALLY!!!

I took down Baal quite a few hours ago... But no ring on the first try...

After about 20 Baal Runs (give or take a few), and QUITE a few Levels from running him... This Dropped!!!

Anywho... Just finished Countess... Dropped a Green for me... My third Arctic Horn ... LoL

Currently in the Barracks trying to get the Malus for Charsi... Once I get past NM Andy (let's hope I do... Pois Res isn't that great... Have to beef that up before I face her...) I'm going to run her a bit to try and get some Unique Rings.. Hopefully a SOJ or two

I didn't have time to write out a longer post before so here it is now:

Riding hard across the Westfold in a desperate attempt to rescue his family from the wildmen, Freogis, son Freoheim, was waylaid by an Orc party. His mount Dalsa was slain and he escaped death only by plunging headlong into the Entwash. Hurriedly escaping his heavy armor before he drowned, Freogis drifted in the river until he reached a small town of Rogue fighters. There, he learned about the loss of the One Ring and took it upon himself to destroy the evil power corrupting the land.

Yeah, well this wind druid guide that fenris built goes pretty fast if you land decent gear in the beginning (rares gambled --> 3/4 of my equip are gambled rares...) I sell a lot of javelins, throwing knives, etc worth decent gold in the beginning and hoard up on it so I can gamble

But yeah once Tornado gets some synergy, it's awesome... That with Hurricane constantly on.... NICE damage

Throw in the Cyclone Armor for magic damage being soaked in, and it's a great build to stay a live... Especially PvM --> as long as you cast Cyclone Armor when it goes away....

Anywho... Will play more this weekend... Gotta work today

Renar had heard of the death of his father, Glasur, and others of his kind in the accursed Barraks/Jail. He tentativly opened the door and stepped throughly. Inside he found critters scurrying away from him as quickly as they could. Renar almost felt bad for them as he cut them down, almost. As he reached to open the next door he felt a twinge of, not fear, aprehension? Was the whole passage going to be like this?

Renar pushed the door open and almost laughed at the empty room that followed. Again he paused at the next door, cursed quitely, and pushed it open. Immediately he knew he was in trouble, and then it happened, the room he was in wasn't empty after all. "Run" he yelled to his companion, Aiza, but he could tell by the screams that she hadn't moved fast enough. As he stepped though the first door he stopped, he could make a quick escape but then how could he ever return? This would be decided here and now and the doorway was as good a place as any.

Some time later, Renar appeared in the rough camp, tired, bloody (though most did not appear to be his) and victorious, at least as far as they knew. Renar knew he had won the battle, but it had been close, and even though he won, he was in no shape to continue on. He would still have to face the terrors of the jail.

Pallando has taken up the art of summoning, and thinks that this will be the path to follow. Surrounded by wolves and ravens, the possesed Griswold fell without any problems and cain was rescued from the befallen Tristram. Made it to the black marsh and explored the hole for a while, but didn't have time to get to the countess. Ahh well, Patience is always a good thing for a wizard to have.

Hehe, I hate this game sometimes. I just wanted to play for 30ish mins before I went to bed and I've just checked the clock and I've been on for almost 2 hours before I noticed! :shocked: Ah well, no work until tomorrow afternoon so no harm done :smiley:

Toimli has just beaten Andariel, no massive problems so far, had to park one monster in Catacombs 4, LE Zombie and I currently have 0 light res!

Looking forward to getting the cube as I'm fast running out of space!

I'm not sure if I will be able to play tomorrow but will hopefully have some progress by the time the weekend is over.
