The "Right before Xmas Mafia special"
Roles:
1. Cop: You are the cop. You may investigate one person each night and may kill one of them if you choose to.
2. Doc: You are the doc. You may heal one person each night and may cast a protective shield over them preventing them from NKs for two nights.
3. Bus Driver: You are the Bus Driver. You may choose to switch two persons each night and have the ability to block one of the persons you switched once.
4. Role Blocker: You are the Role Blocker. You may choose to block one person each night preventing them from using their power. You also have the ability to cast a global role-block one night that you choose.
5. Mafia hitman: You are the mafia hitman. Each night you may kill one person. You are allowed to speak with the other mafia members during the night.
6. Mafia spy: You are the mafia spy. Each night you have a 50/50 chance of trying to find and kill the Cop. You are allowed to speak with the other mafia members during the night.
7. Mafia blocker. You are the mafia blocker. Each night you may choose one person and prevent them from voting the next day. There is also a 5% chance that that person cannot vote for 2 days in a row. You are allowed to speak with the other mafia members during the night.
8. Role stealer. You are the role stealer. Each night you have a chance to steal some ones role. If that happens, you assume his role and you lose your ability.
9. Treestump. You are the treestump. During the day, you can choose to claim your role using the following syntax: “I R da omfgtreestumpz0rz”. After this claim has been made, you cannot be targeted by the mafia in any way.
10. Village Idiot. You are the village idiot. You can only win if the person that locks your lynch has not voted for anyone else that day.
11. Rudolph. You are Rudolph, one of Santa’s three reindeers. Each night you may communicate with the other reindeers but are not allowed to reveal yours and each others identities. You have the ability to kill one person in one night.
12. Comet. You are Comet, one of Santa’s three reindeers. Each night you may communicate with the other reindeers but are not allowed to reveal yours and each others identities.
13. Prancer. You are Prancer, one of Santa’s three reindeers. Each night you may communicate with the other reindeers but are not allowed to reveal yours and each others identities.
14. Joe. You are Joe, a normal day by day townie. Nothing special about you.
15. Bob. You are Bob, a normal day by day townie. Nothing special about you.

3) If you edit your post I will kill you (This includes editing for spelling mistakes)
4) If your role allows you to communicate with others during the night, feel free to do so via PM, instant messaging or any other form you choose. Only those roles expressly allowed to communicate privately with each other at night are allowed to. If you have any questions, contact me privately.
5) Once you're dead, stay that way. Dead people tell no tales, or in this case, dead people make no posts. Suck up your death and keep watching and rooting for your team. There's always the next round.
6) Every player gets one lynch vote during the day. Votes and unvotes need to be bolded . If your unvote isn't bold, it doesn't count. The votes and unvotes must be as follows:

7) The required number of votes to seal a lynch for the day is equal to one half the remaining number of people alive (rounded up) plus 1. Once someone reaches this number of votes, they will be lynched no matter what; however, the day will still continue to its scheduled conclusion. Half rounded up equals a lynch, but no lock, so the lynchee has until the days end to persuade the town otherwise.
8) Never post anything in the thread that shouldn't be known to the town. Don't flame in the thread. If you have a problem with anything in the thread, please PM me and I'll do my best to handle it.
9) Any player may claim any role. I.E. Any player may claim to be something that they are not. However,
10) Do not post any information sent to you in a pm. If you want to claim a role, don't copy paste the PM I sent you. If you're a townsfolk aka regular forum member, the only person you should be pm'ing (no private aim or msn conversations between each other) is me. Mafia can pm between themselves (or talk on msn or aim) only during the night.

12) Day lasts 48 hours and night lasts 24 hours.
