About the giving away things. Yeah, I give away combat charms with life too. Some were decent ones (12fhr's, 30-34lifers), but I wouldn't have given them away to someone who just made his first pally to duel in temple. Chances are that the person would get bored with pallys and trade them for necro stuff or other horrible things -_-

but i dont think it makes much of a difference, cuz when 1.09 came out(actually 1.08 but whatever) you can craft, the crafter amulets can get 10% MORE faster cast than they used to be able to...did it limit paladins? maybe a little, but blizz knew the hammerdins would eventually rock, so they couldnt allow for the complete uberness domination of 20% faster cast rate and +6 to blessed hammer(thats a really, really insane weapon when you think about it)

:idea: Tir rune + pAmetist + any jewel + magical scepter? try this with char lvl 71+ and you will be amazed what it can net.... upto +6BH/20FCR (3 combat/3BH)strength_honor said:

Only elite Combat charm is 43-45 Life, shame on all of you with low standard !
only pre-LOD scepters can spawn with 20 FCR...
I used to have a +2 skill 20% FCR 40% IAS +3 Vigor +1 Hammer +3 Holy Bolt scepter... -_-
