Oh. When you say "personalised", do you mean "people-ised" - as it was sent to five people at the same time?

I couldn't even find one! I read the opening post of the other sticky thread in this forum, and it gave me a right headache, knowing that a) I'm not smart enough to join and b) would probably have to install or join some stuff I know nothing about....
