Meh, veritechs ftw. Gundams have fuel to worry about, Transformers are just outdated and clunky. It's like comparing fluid protoculture angelpwnz (veritech) to a rocketpropelled cinderblock (transformer).

And Hey! veritechs were awesome enough to be modelled large scale, same with Wing oh.. too bad, no transformer largescale.

i think if i had to come up with my top five robot list it would look like this....

5) pris...bladerunner
4) the gunslinger...westworld
3) optimus prime...the transformers
2) box(overwhelming, am i not?")...logan's run

I don't understand Gundum. They had Gundum Wing (which I loved). Then they had about 7 other Gundums..... Why did they make those crappy ones? I never saw Gundum Wing after that... apart from Endless Waltz

Gundam and Transformers have existed ever since before any of us were born, except maybe a select handful on the forum :wink3:. They've just bloomed into a repeated but slightly different series.
There was Gundam, and The Transformers.
There was Mobile Suit Gundam, and another season of The Transformers.
There was Gundam Zeta, and another season of The Transformers.

Then eventually you have the crap that they're producing now a days.
Transformers Armada and Energon *shivers* and Gundam Seed/Destiny. *shivers again*

I will only admit one thing about the new series, that some of the giant robots are cool. But thats about it.
 
have you seen the proto drawings for the mecha from Xenosaga episode I? They're waypast detailed and cool :P
I think.. available thru the ingame poker, u can get as prizes - unlockable. Prolly on google images too. Intensive detail compared to what they look like, rendered 3D.
 
They might be in the art book I got when I bought the Special Edition Xenosaga Ep.I. Thought I saw some prototype or 1st conception drawings in there...
 
Well, it was more called "Special Edition (pre-own) Package".
So, a not so Special Edition, Special Edition.
 
Whenever I preorder stuff through EB, they never gimme the pre-order special stuff.. Just a regular copy of whatever, reserved for me the day everyone else gets it =(

Wish there was a reliable way, without having to order online from the company themselves.

I'm looking at you, guildwars factions!

Well I don't know, maybe im just special, im friends with the manager and two other employees at the one I go to. They pretty much asked me when I was pre-ordering it, "You wanna buy the pre-order package for $10 more?" So I dunno, maybe they were just sold out when you bought yours, so they didn't offer.

I read a magazine which sent in this girl, who pretended to know nothing bout video games, to 3 different stores. She got the least help from EB games. Also, my friend says that if you order a dreamcrast from EB games, they'll have SOMETHING missing.
 
I know most of the employees there, cos I used to be a lot more into console games than I am now - and they're really helpful & kooh, but the preorder stuff's always just not "pre-order" :undecided:

I got one of my DCs from EB, sorta shaky doesnt load sometimes, but it was the only place in town I could find a non-used one. Picked up Sonic Adventures and Phantasy Star there too =)

It's non used AND shaky? I think you should've returned it for another.
 
New dreamcasts are not that common -.-
It was the only one in stock, and It was like $30.

Not shaky - screen, shaky as in, shaky start, sometimes starts sometimes doesn't. Sketchy if you prefer.
