Cause of demise: Bartucs must of been FE/?E/? but it was nasty mods, and he died to quick to read them and I went with him. #1 Pally I was told walked away with around 300-500 life. It was all my fault, a WWer that still hadnt been geared, but I wanted to Baal a bit and a Barb was needed for a short itme so i helped out there a bit. All was good until the Druid had to go and I didnt change my playing style. This is what can happen when you have saved stats and a whole lot of them!!!

I was pretty full of myself having solo'd NM Baal. I knew I was a little low level for Hell so I figured I'd do the NM MF circuit for a while. I got right in the face of a BloodLord with my life bulb only half full when I could have killed him from yards away. He was FE, deeds.

First HC, still shoulda known better. 7 - 8 players in a game and none wanted to take the lead, including a few melees. I (stupidly) changed into the pre-Andariel room and was attacked by a boss pack of afflicted + several others and couldn't get back out. Took the rest of the party several minutes to enter the room, nastiest group I've ever seen there. (on the plus side, GinevrasRevenge has dispatched this same and/or very similar pack several times since)

I was happily poking at Raddy while my valk tanked and my friend shot lightning at him - I was healing frequently as the psn was whittling away at me fairly quickly (I had like 54 psn res and man o man that was some good poison!) Welp he was FE and I thought I had time to move back since he still had a good chunk of life left but all of a sudden he smacked my life way down I potted and he popped all in a split second.

That wasn't really a big deal, I mean sure it sucks but I had a good run on her and learned a lot about Javazons and I was having a blast right up until the BOOM. Only thing is Bnet decided that I didn't deserve to get looted. My friend was looting me and had just gotten the last of my goodies when we both lost connection. we seem to have been rolled back to right before he started loot ... but right after I died ...

Cause of demise:hehe well i knew this was coming, i was kinda bored of hc. so i decided to have some fun before i delete my highest hc char ever. so well i made a frees game and decided to play guard the items outside town. i threw items outside and hostiled, well a lvl 25 pally pker came and i knew i was going to get pked. but i might as well try. basically he killed me in 2 charges and 600 life went really fast

I was doing a leveling run in the ROF, came across Hep. He was aura'd and also enchanted, which of course I didn't notice. Almost full life bulb, nearly 800 life, max res, lvl7 HS, it didn't matter. When he went, so did I. Argh! two in a week! I'm going to have to learn to read that fine print ;)

Cause of demise: 1st day of ladder, was 49th overall and it was late and I was cocky. I just found a perf viper and some other goodies in a couple of meph runs so i decided to keep going. Bad Mistake. Tele'ed into a doll pack and with no es (forgot to put it on) was gone in seconds. It was so sad.

Cause of demise: Got my first sorc to hell and then onto hell meph, I was stoked. Did some meph runs using moat trick and all was good until 1 run. In NM you can easily take on the council dudes on the sides, but in hell..... bad move. Took on extra strong, extra fast, cursed geleb, and be rest assured, it didnt last long.......

Im pretty bad at making sorcs, in season one it took 6 tries to get one to stay alive past 80, oh well, next time

Tele'ing to Meph without Energy Shield and after consuming 9 beers is just a bad idea...I suggest sleeping or drinking more rather than playing Diablo with your only good character.

Got wedged between two Scarab packs, one was a boss pack. I thought my LR was pretty good (63%) thanks to my self found / made smoke armor.
Her life dropped so quickly, she had a chance to hit one pot, but her life went to zero again, deeds. She never even had a chance to run. Three in two weeks, when I only lost one last season. I think I need a break.

I was doing norm diablo on the first night of ladder with my friend and a party. Everything was going smoothly until Big-D himself. His lighting went right through my minoins and i was leaning back in my chair thinking"oh my minions can survive this no problem"(they were bo'ed and a couple more auras), and i saw my life quickly dropping pressed 1 but i was too late. Oh well, thats what i get for not paying close attention.

i was doing some baal runs pretty early in the ladder season when some sorc entered, hostiled, and everyone tp'd to town...except for me. i thought "well i can prolly kill baal before the pker gets here". i was wrong. the thing that made me mad was that when i exited the fball was about 2 inches away on the screen.

It was my last run for the night, had just found Lo from countess the run before and was ready to call it quits. I ran up to pindle and started thwoing javs at him. I got in close and used charged strike a few times and got cursed. He died and it was only then i realised he was ce, fe and cursed, so his death took off 3/4 of my life and then i got charged by one of his minions and it was game over. Lost shako, ss, 193 eth titans, 27 maras, 5% bk, natures, 47 travs and 3 java skillers. She will be sorely missed.

Was doing nightmare baal run, solo. I had done about 10 solo runs, killing everything easily, including souls.
About 20 burning souls, all hit at the same time, instant death.

I guess I just don't game enough to recognize vermin like script or portal PK'ers. The problem is, I game at wierd times, and don't meet up with friendlies much anymore.

I saw a lvl 40 nec at the cold plains wp, and didn't immediately leave. Little bugger must have had a tp open in front of me, because by the time I Alt-F4'd after the hostile klaxon, the BS were already on screen and I think the 'slain by' flickered as the screen went dark.

Funny thing was, I didn't have a ghost when I logged back on. But Hedgehogs was dead enough...
