@Sid Not really, a lot of rerunning is "a bit" against the spirit of the tournament, at least when it's that hard investment in rerunning. And obviously, Lawbringer is cheating

I plan a second character after this one though, not investing that much of rerunning - or even being SP, depending on the skillrolls.

Well I have reached Act 2 in Hell. I've not found a ton of good stuff or runes or bases to make anything. Using a 40ias War Fork with some minor mods while rocking the only good find:



Highest Rune thus far: A Pul and 3 Ko runes to round out my highest. Nothing inbetween to make all the cool stuff.

Charged Strike + Valk + Evade at 40% means I'm pretty much set in my skills. Might grab Fend, but probably not as I don't have weapon physical damage to support it. (I have about a 50% chance of being hit, but stand behind and strike them with ease.

BleedCharger's Hell adventures - part 8

So well... things are not going very nicely on the usable side of armor bases. Once again a "non-usable" armor, this time the much awaited Great Hauberk (yay!) ethereal (-_-).

As a consequence... I decided to quest towards the last waypoint.

The merc played with the bodies of the Ancients while they were decrepified, all in all it cost 8 red pots.

Clvl83: checked!

Then it was time to find the last waypoint. WSK1 was kinda tough with Witches, and the huge amount of curses was a real pain. Hopefully in p1 they die fast to the Insight Eth Thresher - i'll probably craft an Obedience for the last push though, as there's no real use of the mana regen for now except for charging through LK... which one doesn't require more than a full bulb, so merc is mostly left dead when running LK on p7.

On the way, this find could be pretty:

And finally, end of the session at WSK 2 waypoint:

Next quest is ending session. So now, it's all about gearing for good... and decide if BleedRunner is kept as a Charger, or ends as a sub-optimal Avenger.

For now, decided to cube the armor bases I had without socks and keep Larzuk for a superior base or the probably unique upp'ed Zakarum Hand. The eth GH turnt 1os (could have been a Prudence) and had been vendored, the Balrog Skin turnt 4os and could be a Stone - Decrepify + Holy Freeze + Clay golem charges. Would be a nice ending!

And merc has his new tool:

Now he has a 3os ethereal Archon plate. Duress for open wounds, more crushing blow (or a bit of crushing blow while using Insight if BleedRunner ends Avenger), or the classically efficient Treachery.

Gearing before the last session

So well, I decided to stick as a Charger, and with what have been found so far. So I woke up, gambled the remaining gold (but 2.8M) for a possible update, crafted the necessary, cubed up some stuff... Here's the result in the spoilers below.

Hello! First post here, but this tournament looks fun, so I made an account to give it a shot, assuming signups haven't ended. I'm still on 1.14, but per the rules, it looks like that's not an issue.

Could someone roll me an Assassin? I'm not entirely sure I understand the weapon rolling rules, but am I allowed to specify that I'd prefer a random wand type instead of a random one-handed type? If so, I'd prefer that, resulting in 3x claws and 1x wand.

Mulgram is level 39 and finished the first *section* of act V - Bloody Foothills, Frigid Highlands, Abaddon, Arreat Plateu, and Pit of Acheron. No problems, though it's a bit tedious since I'm still using normal attack with a bad maul. I have two flamberges I can use to Frenzy, but they're also both quite poor, so I'm relying almost entirely on my mercenary.

THAT SAID - I have a confession to make. For this section of Act V, I used a circlet of luck I swear it was an accident! I don't know what happened - I don't remember gambling it. I started playing this morning, opened up my inventory to check what gear I wanted to gamble for, and realized I was wearing. I immediately dropped it, and shopped a 2os cap into which I put two perfect topazes.

I will retire Mulgram from this tournament if folks think that's fair, though I would ask that I can keep going I haven't found much of anything since act 3 that I'm keeping, and on my word, which I like to think has merit here (been around since 2013), it was an honest mistake!

BleedCharger's Hell adventures - part 10: The Last Charge

Phew that was... tougher than I thought! But well, didn't use the Zakarum's hand in the end, Lawbringer was definitely safer to catch the grail...

However, the Throne of Destruction entrance made us fight two cursed unbreakable physical immune bosses of Death Lord, hopefully one by one...afterwards, that was pretty much the lack of life leech on the merc that required quite some cash, in the end around 600k gold spent during the whole session.

For Lister's pack, the Clay golem had been summoned, and lived until Baal death... pretty efficient, I guess I could have summoned it earlier. Baal was a true joke given the triple slowing mechanics used, and so was his final drop this time.

I didn't reveal some LK drops from earlier sessions, maybe I'll use them in a dedicated Guardian thread.

So if there's one thing to note as a definitive statement:
